Gary S. Olszewski - CPA Gary has over 30 years experience working in the Westfield and Springfield area advising a wide range of  closely held businesses and individuals.  Annual sales of previous and existing clients ranges from approximately $200,000 to $20,000,000.  In addition to reviewing tax returns and financial statements, and making sure clients are being timely served, he focuses on providing management advisory services such as tax planning, entity structure, succession planning, estate planning, buy-sell planning, asset protection planning, financial planning, and cash flow planning. Darlene Lafield Darlene is the firm’s office manager, and more importantly, the top client service contact person. She goes beyond the norm when answering the phones and waiting on clients. She is an invaluable asset to the firm. She resides in Russell with her husband Gary.

Matthew D. Barnes, CPA Matt received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 2003 from Western New England College and his master's degree in Accounting in 2004 from Western New England College.  He provides not only tax and accounting service for clients, but also handles the firm’s technology issues, and is a Certified Quickbooks Advisor. Matt resides in Westfield with his wife Jamie and their sons.  Matt enjoys golf, classic cars, and home improvement projects.

Anthony Bosini   Anthony graduated from Westfield State College with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a Concentration in Accounting in 2005.  He is currently finishing his Master of Science Degree in Accounting at Westfield State College. Anthony is a senior accountant, with direct client contact when providing tax and accounting services, and is an aspiring CPA candidate.   Anthony currently resides in Feeding Hills.
Heather Ringland   Heather received her associate’s degree in Business Science in 2004 from McIntosh College and her bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 2008 from Southern NH University. Heather has extensive experience providing bookkeeping and payroll services to small businesses. Heather resides in Chicopee with her husband and their son.
